March Workforce Madness is a series of programs connecting students in Genesee County and surrounding communities. It brings together energetic participants, engaged employers and educators, and career-focused activities.

This year brought together over 1,800 participants in less than a week, with students returning for Youth Conferences, GLOW With Your Hands: Healthcare, and an incredible turnout for the 15th annual Tech Wars at Genesee Community College.

As a Workforce Champion, GCEDC Vice President Chris Suozzi and participating students show how Tech Wars is another great program growing our workforce readiness in STEM and Skilled Trades.
